Retired Colonel William Clark served in the U.S. Army for 30 years. During his tenure, he commanded at every level from platoon through brigade and served a total of 13 years overseas, including operational deployments to Afghanistan, Iraq, Kosovo and Bosnia.  He retired from the Army in 2014, culminating his military career as Garrison Commander of Fort Riley, Kansas. Clark’s awards include the Legion of Merit and two Bronze Stars, among others.  Clark served as the Chief Operating Officer for USD 475 and was just recently selected as the next President at St. John’s Military School in Salina, Kansas.  It is his life-long desire to make a positive impact on young people’s lives.
