Care Ministries
Care Ministries follow the mandate found in Matthew 10:42 (NLT) – “…if you give even a cup of cold water to one of the least of my followers, you will surely be rewarded.” Individuals are always welcome to join any of these ministries.
Dare to Care exists to touch the lives of our church family, friends, and newcomers, letting them know JCNAZ cares. The ministry includes writing notes of encouragement, making phone calls to follow up on prayer needs, assisting visitors at the Welcome Center, delivering welcome gifts to guests, and helping with funeral dinners.
Praying Hands prays for crisis needs of our church family and friends. Prayer requests are sent out through email. If you would like to be added to the praying hands email list, contact the Church Office (785)762-4402.
Soul Seekers is designed for those with the gifts of outreach and evangelism. Every week a team of volunteers visit with those in the congregation who have expressed a desire for further communication.
